Credit Card Update

We have recently upgraded our credit card processing system; between this change and the Home-Depot/Targetsecurity breaches that compromised so many cards, we are asking our customers to provide us with current card information even if we had previously saved your data. Federal Law does not allow us to transfer data to our new system. Although we have never experienced a security breach, our new system provides a much higher level of security as it always our interest to protect your information. Please contact Nicole or Ray to verify that we have your current information on file. Thank you in advance!

Attendance Cards

Along with the new year comes new attendance cards! It is very important that students remember to pull their card for each and every class that they take. This is especially important for students who take multiple types of classes (regular, sparring, BJJ, & BBC). Each type of class has a different type of card. As you already know, attendance is very important and each belt rank requires a certain number of classes. The card system allows us to reference your attendance more easily than the scanner; therefore, class requirements will be strictly enforced for students wishing to belt test each month. Just as a reminder, pulling your cards to receive credit for classes is your responsibility, not the responsibility of your instructors or your parents. If you are unable to find any of your cards, it is your responsibility to let the front desk know right away.
